The Sandy Hill Foundation is a small private foundation established in 1953 exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary and educational purposes serving New York's Warren, Washington and Saratoga Counties.

The scholarship program is open only to graduating students from the following high schools:

• Argyle Central School
• Fort Ann Central School
• Fort Edward High School
• Glens Falls High School
• Hartford Central School
• Hudson Falls Senior High School
• Lake George High School
• Queensbury High School
• South Glens Falls Senior High School
